Ikonix Technology was founded in 2017, and brings together our three directors, supported by a world-class team of engineers and support staff.

**Peter Werner**  
*Director*  
Peter has an accomplished career featuring more than 30 years engineering & project management, successfully delivering systems across defence, telecommunications, security, health, and oil and gas.  
A past winner of an Australian Design Award for the NSW SafeTCam system, Peter brings this expertise to designing and supporting the systems Ikonix Technology deploys for our clients.

**Reza Forozandeh**  
*Director*  
Joining as a graduate software engineer with a Defence multinational and rising to lead more than 140 professionals, Reza brings almost two decades of experience in technical and leadership positions.  
Reza has a passion for customer-facing operational roles and collaborating effectively with clients and technical teams, which is why he takes on oversight for the successful delivery of our complex deployments.

**Carlo Reveruzzi**  
*Director*  
Starting his career in the defence industry, Carlo gained experience in software engineering, project delivery, management, and business development, with a primary focus on radar system technologies for the Australian Navy and Air Force.  
Carlo's primary focus at Ikonix Technology is to help our customers communicate effectively to make their workplaces more connected and efficient.

**David Fairlie-Jones**  
*Senior Program Manager*  
Joining the team in 2021, David brings almost 20 years’ experience in the technical and commercial sides of software engineering and project delivery for both Defence and commercial markets.  
He leads the development of our strategic growth programs in health and enterprise communications, including Ikonix Connect.

**Cheryl Ladikos**  
*Customer Success Manager*  
With a rich background spanning health technologies, administration, and nursing, Cheryl serves as the dedicated voice of the customer within Ikonix Technology.

**Summa Gard**  
*Customer Success Manager*  
The newest addition to the leadership team, Summa brings with her a background in relationship management, customer service excellence and project management.

**Surya Abhay**  
*Operations Manager, Indcontrol*  
Surya leads the day to day operations of the busy electronics lab for our Indcontrol Electronics brand, helping customers repair and refurbish vital assets.

**Steve Hristofski**  
*Business Development Manager*  
As Ikonix Technology’s BDM, Steve brings more than 30 years expertise in paging and critical messaging to the team.
